…but how did I make it through? In our meet-up last week we talked about how we will move forward into Fall. We talked about how we would get ready by planning: our first week calendar, anything we need to be ready, mindfulness strategy to use, as well as thinking about how we would have self-compassion when things didn’t go as planned. I prepared for my week as per the plan and felt like I was in good shape! Guess what happened?
